Ralph’s Wines Ltd only delivers to addresses within the UK mainland and excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

All orders must be made up of six bottles or more although they can be a mixture of any wines.

Delivery Schedule.

All orders placed will be dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm.  If you are unavailable during these times please email us at the above address.

If you require a weekend delivery please email us and a representative will call or email you back to arrange this. Delivery shall be made to the delivery address given by you on the online order form.  We aim to get the goods delivered to you within 5 working days of your order being placed, we will call to find a suitable time for the delivery.

You cannot request for goods to be delivered somewhere safe if you are not at home for example, garage, porch, back door or shed.  Our couriers will put a note through your door detailing the attempted time and date of delivery.

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over, if no one of this age is present our courier will retain the goods.  We will not accept responsibility should our courier inadvertently deliver to a person under 18 years.  If you are not there when the courier attempts to deliver your goods first time round a second attempt will be made.  After which please call us to let us know that you have missed the courier.

However you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the courier for further delivery of the goods.  If your goods are not collected or a suitable delivery time is not arranged with the courier the goods will be returned to Ralph’s Wines Ltd.

If the order then needs to be dispatched again either to the original address or an alternative address then this will be at an additional cost to the person who placed the original order.
